Expungement

In some circumstances, all records of being charged can be removed from the court system. This is called an expungement. If a charge is expunged legally you have never been charged and don’t have to disclose ever being charged in the first place.

When we have successfully gotten your charges dropped then we can pursue “cleaning up” your record. You may be eligible to have the charges completely removed from your record like it never happened.  Once your case is done we will pursue every avenue to ensure you have a clean criminal record.

Our office can advise you about whether you are eligible for an expungement and help pursue the process in the appropriate court.
