Former Hopewell High School Blue Devil standout Tabyus Taylor was jailed for armed robbery charges later dropped. He was then arrested again and charged with armed robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and malicious shooting, also dismissed. Now Taylor faces charges of conspiracy to commit robbery.
“The interesting thing is that they changed the victim’s name to another name, which I believe substantially alters the charge,” Randall said. “It’s obviously an issue from a legal standpoint.” – attorney Jack Randall
