Kevin D. Frank was born and raised in Louisville, KY where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 1996. Kevin then moved to Virginia to attend law school at Regent University School of law. After obtaining his law degree, Kevin spent almost seven years as a school teacher, primarily teaching middle and high school social studies. It was during this time as a teacher that Kevin met his wife, Traci, who was also a school teacher at the time.
Kevin entered the practice of law in 2009 and is licensed in state and federal courts throughout the Tidewater region. Kevin has extensive experience handling criminal and traffic defense cases, as well as clients in civil litigation and personal injury matters. Kevin spends the majority of his time in the domestic relations area, focusing on assisting his clients through the difficulties of custody, visitation, support, protective order, and divorce proceedings. Kevin works hard as both an advocate for and counselor to his clients.
Kevin continues to pursue his love of history and teaching through World War II Living History, leading a reenacting unit at community, museum, veteran, and military events around the Eastern United States. Kevin continues to sing at his church, which he has done for 20 years. Kevin and his wife Traci are raising their two youngest boys whom Traci home schools.
