Franklin is an independent city located in Southampton County that has its own court system for traffic matters. US-58 runs through Franklin, as well as several smaller access roads. Our office in Virginia is ten minutes from the courthouse in Franklin. We practice there regularly and are familiar with the local police officers as well as the court employees.
